Michael Anaya called to let me know on his way. Got right to work. Told me price and explained job. Was good representative of Force Home Services. Before he left he told me ways to prevent this problem in future He really knew his business. Left me feeling I was in good hands.
I’ve had problems with my water heater. Jax called before arriving and then was courteous and quick in fixing the problem. Very pleased.
Can't say enough good things about how Michael A. handled this situation. Calm, courteous, and professional, to say the least. Fixed all the issues, regardless of the problems he encountered along the way. Solved them all, without putting blame on the previous repairman. Also, kudos to Force's office manager, Mandy, for getting the Town of Flower Mound to expedite the inspection in order to get my gas service back on.
